AURA

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of AURA (auratrading.app). By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The service

AURA is an analytics, journaling and development platform for traders. It records the trades you log or import, produces statistics about your behavior and risk, and provides AI-generated feedback based on that information.

2. Not financial advice

AURA is educational and analytical software. Nothing on the platform — including AI mentor output, scores, levels, statistics or suggestions — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

AURA does not manage money, does not execute trades on your behalf and is not a broker, dealer or investment adviser.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Every decision you take is your own.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use AURA to break the law, to harass or impersonate others, to publish content you have no right to publish, or to attempt to access another user's data.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or overload the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these rules.

5. Your content and the community

You keep ownership of the trades, notes, images and posts you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you and, where you choose to publish it, to other users of the community feed.

You are responsible for what you publish. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Broker connections

When you connect a supported trading platform, you authorize AURA to read your account and trade history from that platform for the purpose of analytics and journaling. AURA does not execute orders or move funds.

You can revoke that authorization at any time. Availability and accuracy of imported data depend on the third-party platform, and we are not responsible for its outages, changes or errors.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep AURA available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free data. Features may change, be added or be discontinued as the product develops.

8. Plans and payments

Some features may be offered under paid plans. When a paid plan applies, its price, billing cycle and cancellation terms will be shown to you before you subscribe, and you may cancel to stop future renewals.

9. Intellectual property

The AURA name, brand, interface, and underlying software belong to us. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond your right to use the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from decisions you make using it.

11. Termination

You may stop using AURA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service or other users.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Questions about these terms: support@auratrading.app.
