Privacy Policy

AURA is a trading analytics and development platform operated at auratrading.app. For any privacy request, write to support@auratrading.app.

Account information: your email address, your display name, and — if you upload one — a profile photo.

Trading information you record: instruments, direction, entry and exit prices, position size, stop loss and take profit, result, notes, and any screenshots you attach to a trade.

Assessment and journal answers: the responses you give in the onboarding assessment, your notes, and any content you publish in the community feed.

Technical information: basic device and browser data needed to keep the service running and secure, plus local storage used to remember your language, theme and session.

When you connect a supported trading platform such as cTrader or Tradovate, the connection is made through that platform's official authorization flow and is used for read-only access to your account and trade history.

AURA does not place, modify or cancel orders, does not transfer or hold funds, and does not ask for or store your broker password.

Authorization tokens issued by the platform are stored encrypted and are used only to retrieve the trading data shown in your own account. You can revoke the connection at any time, from AURA or from the broker.

To operate your account and show your performance analytics, calendar, statistics and journal.

To generate the AI mentor's feedback about your own trading behavior.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your trading data to advertise to you.

We rely on a small number of providers to run AURA: a cloud infrastructure and database provider that hosts your account and trading records, an AI model provider that processes the content you send to the mentor in order to generate a response, and — when you connect one — your trading platform.

These providers process data on our behalf, under their own security and confidentiality terms.

You can access and correct your profile information from within the app at any time.

You can request an export of your data or the deletion of your account and its contents by writing to support@auratrading.app. Deleting your account removes your profile, trades, journal entries and posts.

You can revoke a broker connection at any time without deleting your AURA account.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, the associated data is removed, except where we must retain limited records to comply with a legal obligation.

Access to your data is restricted to your own account through row-level access rules, traffic is served over HTTPS, and broker tokens are stored encrypted. No online service can promise perfect security, so we ask you to use a strong, unique password.

AURA uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

AURA is not intended for people under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced inside the app or by email. Questions: support@auratrading.app.
